Responsibilities:
• Review all the documents and drawings for the project.
• Review the submitted documents which send by the subcontractor to be approved.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the contractor's quality system and the total implementation of the relevant quality control procedures, inspection and test plan (ITP).
• Approval of defined quality documents and records submitted at site.
• Provide Technical Support to the Contractor.
• Ensure that all allocated responsibilities are dealt with in accordance with agreed procedures & standards.
• Coordination between vendors to at chive the scope of work and method of statements.
• Good implement the project health, safety and environmental requirements like; Permit to Work System (PTW), Confined spaces, Safety site instructions of (Excavation, Electrical, Working on height, Hot works, lifting works...etc.).
• Ensure the most current design/Engineering document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
• Ensure that required design/Engineering information is available to the contractor when needed.
• Reporting progress and issues of concern to Planning, Engineering & Management and propose solutions.
• Attending daily & weekly construction & coordination meetings with the Client Sub-Contractors and vendors.
• Safety site instructions of (Excavation, Electrical, Working on height, Hot works, lifting works...etc.).
• Supervision for Installation all kinds for instrumentation, Fire &Gas Devices, Local Panel installation, Cable Tray, Conduit Pipe, Cable Laying, cable connection, Inspection, Punch List.
• Ensure that project discipline engineering activities are executed within budget and schedule, while maintaining technical integrity.
Responsible of instrumentation construction and inspection activities for the following:
•Ensure the effectiveness of the contractor's quality system and the total implementation of the relevant quality control procedures, inspection and test plan.
