Help manage the mobile sound system that the performer will need to entertain.

- Support customers in booking or adjusting hotel reservations, quarantine arrangements and other services provided by DQ upon their arrival to Doha.
- Handling customers data with confidentiality and be skillful in using Microsoft Office, with exceptional skills in excel.
- Support customer’s logistical experience with transparent communication and updating them in case a delay occurs in receiving their package.
- Process customer’s payments online, file and issue invoices and resolve invoice disputes.
- Reconcile invoices from hotels (DQ/QRH agencies etc.) and match them with the available accruals.
- Recording disputes related to customers during their quarantine period.
- Offering assistance when needed to managers and supervisors on the daily assigned tasks.
- Record all incoming and outgoing documents and checks all incoming documents to ensure that that the information is provided with accuracy to fast track approvals.
