• Reviewing blueprints and other design documents to ensure that they are adequate for fabricating the product.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that they have the materials needed for their portion of the project.
• Creating designs for new products or processes that require fabrication.
• Maintaining communication with clients during each phase of the project to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress.
• Participating in any necessary training or certification programs to keep up with changes in technology within the industry.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists; hire full-time and part-time subcontractors
and laborers and coordinate their schedules when required.
• Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process,
• Ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources.
• Review the work progress on daily basis and respond effectively with any downtime, delay bottlenecks.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

• Creating the bill of material, List of out sourcing required and review the vendor's technical proposals and follow up delivery times to insure that all resources required available on the required times as production plan required
• Review of design/shop drawings (IFR/External), create Bill Of Materials (BOM) and issue for fabrication (either internally or external) and do our preventive actions.
• create and initiate our quarter master plane, weekly production schedule, review and discuss daily productivity and make reports to my manager
• Develops manufacturing process by designing and modifying equipment (existing/new) for fabricating, assembling, and installing components.
• Prepares weekly/monthly fabrication reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Keeps tools and equipment at optimum operational level by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions.
• Keep daily records of all steel workshop personnel/activities.
• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests related to different Egyptian and international codes and common fabrication practices.
• Completes projects by training and guiding steel workshop technicians (foreman, welders…..) and issue of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on regular basis.
• Responsible for improving assembly line balance.
• measuring and analysis for all KPIs for assembly activities.
• Responsible for 46 assembly labors.
• Register materials, issue of Purchase Orders (PO) and create job orders in ERP system (orecal) complete with Bill Of Materials (BOM), Operations (cutting and galvanization) and estimated man hours.
• Responsible for achieving my monthly plan.
• Responsible for collecting all data about assembly parts and discuss all quality issues and make sure that it will never happen again.
• Responsible for continues improvements in (5S), (7Waste), and all the other lean manufacturing tools.
• Day to day monitoring and reporting of production activities and problems (KPI and Downtime).
• Perform other duties as required to support the activities and initiatives of the company.
Responsible for the deployment and operations of production (25 welders and 10 assistance and 2 material handling and 1 supervisor)
