- Shop drawings for various products including pressure vessels, sheet metal, welding & mold
- Rendering & animations for new products

- Managing the communication between the client and team members
- Delegating different assignments to team members based on field of expertise and availability

- Design and validate of various components of powers elements including (hand calculation, conceptual design, 3D modelling, material selection, bearing selection, FEA, CFD)
- Preparing RFQ
- Fabrication drawings (welding, molding, assembling)

- Design review to make parts more manufacturing friendly

- Create factory 3D layout
- Check client needs and specifications of production lines to be installed
- Design the production line with desired layout and according to belt design guide and limitation
- Prepare manufacturing drawings (cut, bend, welding, turning )
- Prepare purchasing orders (PO) and bill of materials (BOM)
- Follow up manufacturing process
- Supervising assembling & testing process
- Follow up installation process inside deadline assigned
- Check up client`s feedback and comments
- Preparing project report to provide information about last updates of opening projects
