Responsible to Design, Implementing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance Network
Solutions (Data Centers & Virtualization & Cloud Computing)
Responsible to Technical support End-User & contact with different Vendors to
solve problems
Responsible to handling Service Level Agreement (SLA) including support
response time and handle planed downtime & IOS upgrade for all network
