- Hire and shape distribution team and set clear
description for their duties and tasks.
- Set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets based on
revenue and profit target set by top management.
- Set all processes and procedures for the whole
department to assure the quality of the work flow. = - - Develop the sales and distribution strategies and
tactics.
- Maintain the performance of the team by setting KPIs and appraise their performance in monthly basis.
- My Team take over the yearly sales revenue from 1.8M to 4, 2M.
- Responsible for reach target shops which set by top
management.
- Hire and shape retail sales team and back office
team.
- Set monthly target for the whole department based on revenue and profits targets set by the top management.
- Set monthly target for each shop and set KPI to
maintain the quality and product mix.
- Manage and supervise all retail operations ( Product Training, Communication Process, submit orders, receiving orders, returns, DOA, , , , etc)
- Handle the whole supply chain process ( Suppliers contracts, product availability, stock planning, , , , etc)
- Take over yearly sales revenue from 300K to 480K.
- Lead the team and motivate them to acheive the monthly target points
- Responsible for handling the inventory of the outlet.
- Report to the outlet manager manager team performance
- Report to him inventory sheets which determine the required quantities of the
stock.
- Handling VIP customers complains.
- Sharing in making sales strategies for the outlet to achieve our monthly target.
- Followup the sales of the reps to maximize their performance.
- Its my first Entrepreneurship Idea which was in surveillance and security field.
- I was responsible for putting the whole company in every business aspect.
- I was leading a team from 3 salesmen to achieve our sales objectives.
-Develop and execute the company sales strategy.
-Generate leads, develop opportunities, and close sales opportunities.
-Conduct meetings with customers to present the company and its services, and identify their needs.
-Achieve the company annual sales target.
-Manage and report on sales pipeline, sales cycle, and sales results.
-Follow up with the other departments and make sure that the value is totally delivered.
