1-Supervises the Quality Control activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
2-Supports the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.
3-Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
4-Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance report, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
5-Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
6-Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
7-Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
8-Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
1-Duties comprise Work involve quality control & testing materials for all finishing works as per quality and specifications such as masonry works & plastering works & painting & tiling.
2 -Prepare the Architectural drawings list, request the drawings lists from all other departments and coordinate the assembly of these lists into one accumulative drawings list for the whole project.
3 -Prepare the external RFI (request for information) document in coordination with Group Head and send it to the project manager, to be forwarded to the client/owner.
4 -Coordinate with Group Head the division of all project tasks on team members.
5 -Arrangement of Handover for the projects after final inspection for snag list
1 -Work involve quality control & testing materials for all finishing works as per quality and specifications such as masonry works & plastering works & painting & tiling.
2 -Verifications and approvals for MARS (material approval request) and working drawings.
3 -Verification and certification of payments certificates for contractors as per the agreements and drawings.
4 -Arrangement for monthly progress meetings and preparing minutes of meeting.
5 -Arrangement of Handover for the projects after final inspection for snag list
1 -Review the project with the engineers (civil, san, electricity and air conditioning) and coordination with them to get to the final image of the project.
2 -Present the project to the competent authorities and reviewed with them in case of comments or amendments.
3 -Prepare final drawings for the project including plans and elevations, and detailed sections for site and forms of marketing Photoshop.ARABIA )

1- Provide more than an idea and a proposal to the client for display and selection
2- The final development of the idea until you reach the final project are worthy of the office and satisfies the requirements of the customer
