ü Ensures the implementation of detailing activities relating to Nestlés Infant Nutrition products to the medical
professionals in Other West Area (Makkah, Taif, Tabuk & Baha) in the most effective and efficient way possible in
full compliance with the WHO Code/ Nestlé instructions & the National Code as well and rulings in this regard,
through MY team of Medical Delegates (6 MDs)
ü Motivate, coach, guide and evaluate MDs performance by validating the effectiveness of programs on detailing
skills, product knowledge and presentation skills to recognize positive performance and feedback on areas
requiring improvements.
ü Monthly Analysis of Sellout and Market Share Data to evaluate Brand Ranking and HCPs advocacy
ü Mastery and effective usage of Strategic Institution Engagement knowledge and tools aiming to reach the Trusted
Nutrition Solution Provider stage with institutions expressed by clear advocacy for Nestle branded and unbranded
solutions
ü Effective management of projects, budgets, and resources.
ü Ability to define strategic directions and choices. Continuous strive to find new ways of tackling common
challenges.
ü Execution of agreed tactics in a timely and efficient manner.
ü Review Classification of HCPs by MDs according to type, and fair distribution of coverage, and ensures overall
consistency of all databases
ü liaison with Field Operations Manager ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of team of medical delegates,
including transfers sourcing, actively participating in recruitment processes
ü Gain insights into product availability and takes appropriate actions related to HCP communications and activities.
ü Monitor and report competitors activities in Other West Region and propose action plans accordingly.
ü Organize and coordinate scientific lectures on Nutrition related topics with medical / paramedical groups.
ü Ensure 100% Comply with WHO strictest requirements that the Team will not seek contact with, or give advice to
pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity
ü Personally, visit KOLs and most important stakeholders in Other West Region
ü In depth knowledge of Market and HCPs dynamics and ability to transform this knowledge and observations into
insights that contributes to effective OMPs and MBS

Drive the IF Enlisting in Eastern & Southern regions Hospitals (MOH, NUPCO, Institution & Private)
ü Running all the needed negotiations and developing long-term partnerships with those hospitals. Also, to ensure
execution of sales through either the Nestle sales teams or the third-party distributor TAMER
ü Strictly adheres to the WHO Code, Nestle Instructions, and/or National Code/Local Regulations.
ü Monitor the consumption rates of Nestle products inside each hospital on a regular basis to ensure accurate
forecasts and product supply - Demand Planning Accuracy DPA
ü Build hospital specific plans (which products, when, expected forecast, etc.) in coordination with sales teams and
other Nestle departments (Supply Chain, Legal Departments & CCSDM) Along with TAMER
ü Identify potential decision makers within All Hospitals & GDHA
ü Prepare and conduct with National Hospital Sales Manager regular hospital business-planning reviews as a part of
the Monthly Business Planning Cycle
ü Gather & report Hospital trends, needs and competitor information/feedback. Provides an input to the CCSDM
for the Monthly Business Planning Cycle (forecasting)
ü Reviews monthly with Sales team the hospitals data and status to address sales trends, forecasts, and customer
credit status.
ü Forecasting the RTF and powder sales in Eastern & Southern Regions Hospitals
ü Manage the RTF bad goods percentage in My regions.
ü Sales analysis in the regions for the whole portfolio.
