- I am responsible for 14 Schools, it’s a part of government contract dealing with all Kinds of maintenance (MEP / Civil) works, working on (PPM) schedules / lists, running a team of 32 Workers foremen’s and technicians, reporting to (MUSANADA & ADEC) AUH government.
controlling a team of 25 technicians and formens - to maintain a group of buildings in AUH western reagon.
I am working there as a Maintenance Manager since November 2010
-I am watching & controlling the sup contractors for all the maintenance work in U.A.E, Middle East& India.
-Follow-up contractors to renovate or build the boutiques.
- i am responsible to watch all the maintenance work like:
(A/C, Electricity, Plumbing, Paint, Carpentry, Fire Fighting, elevators, floors, lighting, Drainage, CCTV, Alarm systems, Fire Systems, Decor, Cleaning, Networks
I worked there as a maintenance manager; I was responsible for approximately 900 housing & commercial units (apartments - shops - stores) distributed on all emirates I was doing the maintenance thro the sup contractors to resolve all kinds of maintenance like: painting, carpentry, Aluminium, Air condition, electricity, plumping, draining, fire fighting, elevators, networks &all.
I worked there a maintenance manager, I was responsible for 1200 housing & commercial units (apartments - shops - stores) I was doing the maintenance with my own team the team was 25 persons foremen & technicians, I was watching also the sup contractors to resolve all kinds of maintenance like: painting, carpentry, Aluminium, Air condition, electricity, plumping, draining, fire fighting, elevators &all.
