● Responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget, and scope.
● Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project and maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
● Conduct Site Consultant/Technical departments meetings about submitted products / proposed products.
● Provide support to management in overseeing the day-to-day requirements related to project planning and coordination with the various stakeholders
● Good knowledge in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365

● Manage, prepare & Submit Technical Submittals for specific projects with Technical Comparisons and Specification Compliance.
● Attend project site during mock-up, installation, T&C, and hand over stages of the project as required to attend to any technical or installation issues or requests for advice from the customer.
● Provide after-sales support to customer, operator, or facilities management companies to provide the necessary technical support to rectify a minor product fault
● Achieve a high level of support to Sales Team and be a strong contributor to the achievement of department and company sales volume goals.
● Ability to anticipate needs and comprehensive product knowledge to act as a true extension of the Sales Team.
● Interact with vendors to discuss new product development and maintain high levels of technical knowledge
● Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed in order to meet company/team goals.

● Supervise sample board construction and co-ordinate site submittal with relevant salesperson.
● Attend project site during mock-up, installation, T&C, and hand over stages of the project as required to attend to any technical or installation issues or requests for advice from the customer.
● The role will involve responsibility for all day-to-day operations related to respective projects
● Perform a wide range of functions and tasks with limited supervision.
● Coordinating between all the various departments which are at work in a project
● Liaising with all the employees that are involved in the project
● Interact with and provide verbal and written responses to both clients and internal personnel on related matters.
● Support project team to prepare the quotation for the projects
● Reviews the inventory reports on a regular basis and reports the same to the supervisor, tries to eliminate any discrepancies identified
● Prepare meeting information and distribute materials in a timely manner; Ensure that meetings are documented and shared as appropriate.
● May also be a part of audit functions if required
● Handled VIVA Turnkey project
● Commissioning and troubleshooting of Huawei equipment.
● Manages Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Huawei transmission equipment
● Coordinating with Transmission, NOC and RF team to clear the alarms.
● Handled a workforce of 24 technicians (4 teams) for six months to complete the project in time.
● Was in charge to arrange the client meeting; Ensure that meetings are documented and shared as appropriate.
● Worked in the Low voltage systems including fire alarms, CCTV, IPTV for KOC
➢ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Ilahia College of Engineering and Technology, Ernakulum, Kerala, India with 70% aggregate. (2005-2008)
➢ Diploma in Electronics Engineering from GOVT. Polytechnic College, Kottayam, Kerala with 64% aggregate. (2002-2005)
