• Ensure that appropriate reporting, accounting systems, and internal control procedures are in place to enable
effective financial management of the business in line with statutory
• Provide complete and accurate financial reporting for the Middle East Finance Manager, which includes support
in budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluation
• Full ownership of monthly income statement preparation (P&L and Balance sheet). Provide monthly comments
on the variations vs last year and vs the forecast.
• Conduct variance analyses from the budget and the actuals and report significant issues and solve them
• Review of all monthly accruals, trial balance and accounting entries
• Collaborate with Kering shared services to ensure proper accounting and KSA tax management
• Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of all capital expenditure within the business
• Monitor cash flows and anticipate future trends
• Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments and contract negotiations
• Prepare feasibility study for new projects
• Ensure compliance with statutory, track record of liaison with governmental departments in KSA
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Identify and monitor potential business risk and deliver recommendations
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and banks
