Hemaya Security Services is a state-owned security solutions organization, established in February 2005, By the State of Qatar under the kind patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar and headed by HH Minister of Interior . The organization was established with the primary objective of building a local security solution capability, leveraging on technology to enhance security, while providing the security to State of Qatar departments & Ministries.
Responsibilities:
To provide reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed advice to the CEO on various corporate issues, strategies, business initiatives, projects and development opportunities, Provide advice to the CEO and the Chief Officers across Hemaya on a range of issues related to the operations, interests, risks and obligations of the organization, Advise the CEO on key strategic operational issues that include future growth plans and business development opportunities and Propose operational policies and procedures in accordance with relevant stakeholders.
Achievement
Establishing QICSS - Security Training
Qatar International Center for Security & Safety, recognized by MOI QICSS as an accredited center of City & Guilds UK, became the Training Provider & Accreditor by LAW (19 - 2009) regulating the private security industry in Qatar,
By developing the training programs, QICSS Provided training, accreditation & certifying over 20000 security officer in Doha.
Obtaining international accreditation of: IPSA, High Field and BSI.
Establishing QICSS - STD (Specialized Training Division)
Developing a recognized specialized training division by the MOI in collaboration with International specialized bodies, conducting and providing training, crises management and security analyses for ISF (internal security forces), Police Security Institute and HR MOI, in collaboration with:

Shield Security UK
Provide consultation on Security systems design with specific focus on strategic design and planning for security operations across Retail Sector, stores and projects.
• Design of security systems solutions, security operation procedures and safety plans.
• Design Security training courses & performance programs across the Retail.
• Managing the Facilities ( contractors, maintenance and inquiries) within 220 Retail Stores across MENA.
• Managing all security aspects ( shoplifting, theft ) across Retail.
Establishing AGS (Al Futtaim Group Security)
Provide consultation on Security Solutions with specific focus on strategic design and planning for security operations in all new location and projects.
• Manage a workforce of 757 strong.

Developed and implemented evaluation process of the private security sector over 20, 000 security officers within Dubai.
Conducted examination process for Dubai Police.
Design the training material and courses for professional security officers and development of the training programs for Dubai Police for over 17, 000 officers to be conducted at Dubai Police Academy.
Develop the Master Security Plan and security solutions for King Fahd University Saudi Arabia AED 50 Million project
Develop and assist with the implementation of a specialist training program for the Ministry Of Interior, Oman for 100 officers during a 4 weeks program.
Acquired extensive knowledge on different aspects of Security subjects as well as gained formal accreditation in Law and Police Sciences
Completed various specialized courses as well as several Counter-Terrorism & National-Security missions in liaison with Multinational environments.
Actively engaged as a qualified trainer on field as an International-Instructor
Former Police Officer during my tuner with Police along 15 years has done various specialized courses, counter terrorism and national security missions, holding strong knowledge in crime detection ,crises management and theft detection.
