1- conduct Preparation project to Company to gain ISO 9001:2015 Certificate this project include the following stages : 1-Gap analysis, 2-training, 3-Documentations, 4- implementation included internal Audit and Management Review, 5-Certification.
2- Conduct effective internal audit program for all the company and ensure compliance with standard.
3- Ensure that the company processes are updated and maintained.
4- Provide Process Awareness sessions as required.
6-plan and lead improvement projects use Six Segma and lean Methodologyies.
1- Assist Organization applying ISO 9001:2008 Requirements for Giza Systems, Giza Arabia ( Saudi Arabia), and Sister Companies.
2- Conduct effective internal audit program for all the company and ensure compliance with standard.

5- Prepare for ISO 9001:2008 External Certification Audit.
Execute Certification Audit Against standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001) and Write full Audit Reports in English language.
Responsibilities Assigned:
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout
the organization.
- setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
- working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
- considering the application of environmental and health/safety standards.
- agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.

- defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
- setting up and maintaining controls and documentation.
- identifying relevant quality-related training needs.
- collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
- writing management system reports.
- persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
- liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective
action and compliance with customers’ Specifications.
- establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
- preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters.
- monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
Responsibilities Assigned:
Execution development of the quality system to any organization wants to
gain (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO TC 16949 and OHSAS
18001:2007 ) certification, this consultation represented in six stages:
1. Evaluation to current system.
2. Training the staff in the organization to quality concepts, quality audits and quality documentation.
3. Upgrading and documentation of the quality system.
4. Implementation and audit system
5. Certification.
6. After certification care.
Responsibilities Assigned:
1. Writing job descriptions to hospital’s employment positions.
2. Execution the document control to all quality system documentation in the hospital.
3. Creating internal auditing plan and supervising the plan execution to various hospitals' departments.
4. Put to work instructions to whole departments in the hospital.
5. Creating training plan and supervising the plan execution.
6. Execute quality improvement projects in various departments.
