1. Team Leadership

2. Develop Program Charter
• Agree with the Portfolio Manager on all details related to scope, description, stakeholders, risks and roles & responsibilities using the RACI Matrix
3. Develop Program Schedule
• Develop schedule including all the activities using MS Project
• Assign resources based on the trainers schedule and make sure of 100% availability & 85% Utilization
4. Resource planning
• Align the targeted number of candidates with the Portfolio Manager and HR to avail the needed resources ahead
• Provide the HR with the needed profiles and numbers on monthly basis
• Communicate with the stake holders internally and externally to make sure that we have a flow of 700 applicants per year (starting next year)
• Share in marketing activities related to train2hire Programs and similar activities/projects
5. Interviewing Process
• Design and plan for interviewing the candidates and do the necessary governance to make sure that those people will be enrolled in train2hire Program and similar activities/projects.
6. Vendor Management
• Measure and report the quality of our vendors
• Build communication channels with the vendors
• Handle the financials and logistics with/for our vendors
7. Implement the project
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
8. Monitoring and controlling
• Make sure that the list of activities in the Program are accomplished and to do the necessary amendment
• Monitor the performance and action items for all stakeholders
• Regularly send status reports to the Portfolio Manager
• Take the necessary action in case of any changes using PMI guidelines
• Monitor all budgeted project expenditures
9. Risk Mitigation
• Proactively mitigate any risks (Internal & External) and develop creative solutions
10. Hiring channels Coordination
• Handle all the logistics related to our partners
11. Stakeholders Management
• Regularly meet stakeholders and agree on actions that drive the Program forward
12. CRM
• Help and support the invoicing process for our clients
13. Evaluate the project
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
14. Revenue
• Guarantee an average of 9 million EGP per year
