Head of the Leasing department of MODON Developments. MODON Developments is an innovative real estate development and management company under the LS investment office. The company focuses on creating mixed-use communities, side-by-side with developing its retail arm.
• Lead a team of 3 managers with their assigned teams across three functions (Leasing, Specialty Leasing, and Lease Admin).
• Set the marketing and leasing strategy of the commercial components of the company's large-scale mixed-use developments. Kaya Town is the company's first project with 3, 200 residential units, including the MAKAN mall (over 50k sqm of GLA).
• Approve the leasing plan. Oversee the leasing process, approve and sign the official offer letters to potential tenants.
• Hold the responsibility of generating returns on over EGP 1.1 billion (USD 70m) worth of investment to achieve the targeted IRR as per the mall's feasibility study.
• Empower the team to deliver an occupancy rate of 50% before the malls' construction phase and 80% at the malls' grand opening.
