Design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro network (BACS Consortium). These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometers across the city and includes 85 stations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage.
- Design review and constructability analysis ( Applying Code Standard ).
- Audit and review Models in Autodesk Revit.
- 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification.
- 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
- Acted as BIM coordinator .
- Preparing Shop Drawings (Autodesk Revit).
- Applying NFPA, IBC & ADA Standards With all Project Dwgs.
- Responsible for checking working drawings before submitting each stage
- Acted as coordinator team for making coordination between
all activities in the building (Arch, Struc. MEP, ID, Etc…).
- Preparing Shop (Permit) Drawings For Consultant Approval
- Acted as Site Observer (Execution).
- Acted as coordinator team for making coordination between all activities in the building (Arch, Struc. MEP, ID, Etc…).
- Preparing Bill of Quantity.
