1. Handling all HR-related queries and complaints. 2. Verifying and maintaining all employee related documentation and filing system. 3. Maintaining a complete database of all employee information. 4. Preparing all documents pertaining to HR letters, job offers, employee contracts, management directives, employee disciplinary notifications…etc. 5. Handling and following up on employee social insurance. 6. Managing and generating reports on the daily attendance of employees. 7. Processing the monthly payroll, including tracking of overtime, vacations, and sick leave. 8. Following up on the appraisal process and calculation of bonuses. 9. Following up with department heads on training requirements and facilitating both internal and external training.
10. Managing and training the security team. 11. Reviewing and maintaining all job descriptions for the different departments.
12. Handling all employee motivation programs and events. 13. Assessing all hiring needs in coordination with Operations Manager. 14. Handling the recruitment process effectively. 15. Conducting the on-boarding and induction program for new employees.
16. Handling the process for all new and existing contracts and licenses, including fire insurance, rentals…etc.
17. Managing the process for employee investigations in coordination with the company lawyer, where needed.
18. Improving overall communication between departments, managers and subordinates.
19. Following up with the lawyer on all legal matters.
20. Updating, maintaining and follow up on company legalities.
21. Reviewing the Purchasing Department invoices for settlement.
22. Ensuring all employees are abiding by the company policy.
23. Following up on the implementation of HSE measures.
24. Following up with the IT consultant on maintenance, upgrades, and purchases.
25. Meeting with/visiting service providers, suppliers and government officials.
26. Submitting weekly/monthly reports as requested by Management.
27. Monitoring and purchasing of factory supplies, including stationery and buffet supplies.
28. Overseeing the facility services and maintenance.
