● Description of C2:
➢ C2 is a command and control system comprises of Mailing System, Situation Display System (SDS), Units Management, Manning System, Readiness system, Reporting System and Military documents library which is integrated with each other to facilitate Moderators, Commanders and other military personnel to easily communicate, operate and execute the military activities during Operations and Exercises.

● Creating GIS applications using Flex Builder and ESRI flex API.
