• Successfully assisted in overseeing the finance department, budget preparation and audit functions and directing the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.

• Verifying that all bank guarantees are valid and to make sure that any bank guarantee to be renewed or liquidated in case it will be expired within a month.
•Responsible for implementing, training and client support for BuildSmart software.
•Successfully set up (Chart of Accounts as well as other accounting areas from Procurement to the Payroll.
•Successfully Participated in the process of closing Month/Year End accounts for the clients and in the preparation of the quarterly and year-end’s financial statements in compliance with IAS and IFRS.
•Presenting physical and online support to the clients to sort out their issues regarding the accounting or technical problems.
As a member of the Limited Private Practice Committee (LPPC) I successfully did the following:
•Prepared the complete price list for the hospital based on CPT (Common Procedures Terminology) version 2012 as a start for the hospital business and operations.
• Wrote and negotiated the contract terms and conditions with insurance companies and corporates.
•Participated in designing and building the new ERP integrated system.
•Directed and managed the daily operations of the patient billing function.
•Designed and compiled daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
•Directed billing staff for Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, and assists in the training and development of new employees.
•Monitored payments due from clients and promptly contacted clients with past due payments.
•Reconciled discrepancies between accounts receivable general ledger account and accounts receivable trial balance account.

Work as an external auditor at the 10th of Ramadan Offices following the Egyptian Tax Authority (VAT) - Ministry of Finance (MOF) that cover the first and the biggest industrial city in Egypt where the largest group of companies and manufacturers take place.
Worked in the three main divisions in the office, Operations, Debts and Auditing divisions.
Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
•Making sure that the audit reports are prepared according to Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
•Performing analytical procedures and substantive tests, evaluating and testing internal control systems, examine and evaluate the firm’s financial and information systems, management procedures, to ensure that records are accurate and controls are adequate.
•Tracking the taxpayers’ payment.
•Liaison with other Ministry of Finance authorities as well as other VAT offices nationwide to follow up on taxpayers’ operations.
•Ensuring the pursuit of legal procedures concerning taxpayers’ objection on tax payments.

•Leading and guiding a team of junior tax auditors to handle the auditing of financial statements and tax returns of some significant companies, and facilitate their connection with the concern staff in these companies.
