• Successfully assisted in overseeing the finance department, budget preparation and audit functions and directing the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.

Work as an external auditor at the 10th of Ramadan Offices following the Egyptian Tax Authority (VAT) - Ministry of Finance (MOF) that cover the first and the biggest industrial city in Egypt where the largest group of companies and manufacturers take place.

•Assisting and supporting tax consultants and professionals in handling taxation issues.
•Examining accounts and researching background material; investigating fraud.
•Negotiating tax settlements with taxpayers’ representatives.
•Preparing a tax report for each audited company.
•Providing assistance/advisory services to the taxpayers -if needed- during the auditing course to improve their tax compliances.
•Leading and guiding a team of junior tax auditors to handle the auditing of financial statements and tax returns of some significant companies, and facilitate their connection with the concern staff in these companies.
