1- Day to day task in Microsoft Dynamic software:
· Compiling and maintaining all day-to-day types of
transactions related to MPA (Manpower Affairs) department
using our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System,
Microsoft Dynamics.
2- Workers Assets:
· Job Offer, Worker Contract, Client Contract, Passport copies,
Workers Iqama and other Stuff.
3- Port Pass - Client requests:
· Issuing Port Pass, charging Invoices and Issuing Zawil Ports.
4- GOSI: - General Organisation of social Insurance
· Registering worker related case.
5- Government related Issues:
· Processing and issuing all kinds of visas (exit - re-entry, final
exit, visit visa, etc.)
· Processing all requests and applications to Ministry of
Interior, General Directorate of Passports such as issuing new
Iqamas and renewing Iqamas and Deport of body, Criminal
Issue, Having good knowledge of KSA LAW and very familiar
with MUQEEM.
· Following up all manpower related Police cases with GR. Rep.
· Writing several letters related to all Government estates
· Solving Queries related workers issues (like Salary, contract
related and Government policies.
• Look after maintenance of office and company residence premises.
• Oversee the maintenance of all vehicles in the company and regular maintenance.
• Manage all business travel from AQ.
• Book tickets for business travel request.
• Responsible for Embassies and issue visit visas to foreign countries and international insurance.
• Maintaining and updating files, data and records of government services for the company.
• Maintaining the original Passports for all Employees, Overseeing the renewal of passports of the company's staff, extend or modify any data in the passport to the embassies concerned.
• Making interview for all new Candidates.
• Preparation and processing of job offers and job contracts.
• Hiring & Mobilizing Saudi Engineers for the Company Projects.
• Making interview for all new Candidates.

• Following up Medicals and GOSI.
•Manage efficiently (implement, maintain & improve) reporting, database and the HR and payroll system.
•Co-ordinate the timely gathering of payroll required information and process this efficiently.

•Coordinating with Travel agents for ticket bookings.
•Manage efficiently the monthly reporting needs of the company in a timely and efficient manner (headcount, over hours, turnover, absenteeism, salary cost, and salary structure).
•Implement human resources policies and procedures related to Compensation & Benefits.
•Implement the exiting procedure when an employee is hired or leaves the company in order to meet legislation and internal rules.
•Provide support for employee on benefits granted by the company.
•Assisted in preparation and distribution of written and verbal communication to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies
•Serve as a resource to help staff by benefit queries and offer the essential resolutions through in person meetings or email or telephone.
•Recommend actions and procedures that improve the competitiveness of the company employment offer, the motivation and the energy of employees as well as the communication within the company.
•Offer support to the benefits and compensation section through various projects.
•Processing, following up and managing the HRDF account of the company independently
• Purchasing all kind of material.
• Maintain Company Vehicles record as well as Leased Cars.
• Make Purchase Order as per the Demand of the Departments.
• Prepared all Vehicles Insurance.
• Follow up Accident claims.
• Prepared Bahrain Permit and outside the Kingdom.
• Dealing with Leased Companies to negotiate lease rate.
• Supervising the new location of the Group.
• Bring quotation for all kind of maintenance.
• Arrange all kind of Printing thru the Printing Press.
• Arranging Company Asset Bar Code.
•Worked at Abdullah Fouad Holding Co., HR & Administration Division as Senior Admin. Coordinator responsible for the following:
•Preparation of monthly time sheets.
•Preparation and processing of job offers and job contracts.
•Official correspondences with government agencies.
•Arrangement of major annual events such as Service Award Ceremony and Ramadan Iftar Feast.
•Various HR and administration related activities.
