• Planed the periodical and preventive maintenance schedules for the nine water locks belong to the authority.
• Prepared the technical section of renovation tender documents for all El-Khatatba, Fom El-Nobaria, El-Bostan (El Kilo 28) and Ganaklis (El Kilo 61) water locks.
• Supervised the renovation of Delta water lock by complete drying and renovation of main basin drying blocks of another five water locks.
• Supervised the maintenance of the navigation line Cairo-Alexandria.
• Participated in primary receipt committee of both El-Delta and Zefta water lock.
• Participated in final receipt committee of El Nahda (El Kilo 101) water lock (the old lock).
• Worked with HR director in hiring the most technically competent staff in Recruitment & Orientation program of the new employees and counseling the managers on candidate selection.
• Analyzed training needs by consulting other department’s heads to build the training annual plan and monitor its progress to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.
• Designed, produced and implemented bilingual training programs, guides, manuals and aides and kept it continuously updated when new processes are rolled out.
• Delivered the training curriculums in different aspects - technical, safety and equipment operation.
• Managed the quality control of the training programs produced by training staff and improved its effectiveness through evaluation, observation, and feedback from related supervisors.
• Created and maintained a Learning Management System to keep the training records.
