Follow up the Implementation of new contracts made by purchase teams and insure new brands and SKUs availability and review the adjust of the minimum, maximum stocks for all SKUs frequently based on sales, seasonality factors
Give recommendations about, out of stock, slow moving, fast moving SKUs
Work closely with key vendors to achieve win win role to grant deep, sustained relationship and to identify best practices and establish efficient supply chain processes that can be duplicated across all vendors.
Manage. Lead the stock control Area Managers team plus direct charge of 15 stores and two warehouses

Ensure the accuracy of all orders made by stock control to the DC and direct suppliers
Check the price labels to ensure that prices are similar to the system and placed in shelves

Revise the invoices of all products entering the store by direct suppliers and DC and revise waste and return invoices.
Coordinate with the Purchasing, Operation as well as the Promotions departments by recommending the fast moving items and the store merchandising through our reports to ensure availability of the range.
Coordinate with the Database Administrator in getting reports that direct us in increasing the sales and monitor stock level of each store.
Participate in stock take for all stores and DC with the Auditing, Finance, and Internal Auditing Department
