Studying Documents (Specifications, Drawings, BOQs) and comparing it with Tendering documents.
 Design review for all mechanical system.
 Preparing Shop drawing include the following major deliverable and provide the following major services for (Plumbing - Firefighting - HVAC System).
 Coordination responsibilities: (Builders work coordination -Above false ceiling coordination - Ceiling coordination (with Electrical and Arch trades).
 As-built drawing for all systems.
 Following-up the suppliers for all systems and reviewing the supplied materials complying with the
 approval and project specifications and comparing with the BOQs.
 Awareness of Codes & Standards for plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC, design and installation

 Responsible for mechanical and steel structure erection process making sure that it’s according to the manual and erection drawings.
 Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings.
 Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
 Controlling of all documents revision for the project
 Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
 Quantity surveying for mechanical and steel structure materials.
 Preparing mechanical and steel structure invoices.
 Preparing method statement and lifting plans for critical lifting.
 Prepare procurement requests.
 Monitor projects time plan and Schedule.
 Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.
 Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
 Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
 Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
 Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the consultant.

Study and review any new construction projects drawings
Detailing for Mechanical drawings orders and preparation for fabrication on the workshop.
Reviewing and recalculating all the mechanical dimensions of the design drawings.
Reviewing and accomplish the isometric drawings
Making developed pattern for all items using Programs computer such as Auto pool, AutoCAD, Autodesk inventor and Solidworks
Calculation of any missing material required for the Project
Prepare Material List (MTO) for any fabrication job, and issue material store requisition (MSR) or Purchase order if required.
Follow up the Fabrication jobs on the workshop and provide any assistance if needed to complete the job on time.
Update the database with each project material data profile or plates type with calculation of all weight.
