Ensure audit report for corrective and preventive maintenance are implemented and closed properly.
Participate in the daily work orders prioritization and operation meeting. Maintain support contracts
renewals of the telecommunication systems and make sure the provided services are within the contract
SLA and signed SOW. My position is part of ELNG Emergency Response Team and accountable for the
availability, reliability and maintenance activities of telecommunication systems, physical security and
critical infrastructure to the best of ELNG interest and in alignment with corporate objectives to improve
technology.

My role leading the team of direct hire and contracted outsourcing to manage and administrate ICT Safety-Critical Systems (ex. Ship-to-shore communication system, Fibre network, copper network, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Access control, UPS’s, explosion proof phones, Plant Radio, Marine VHF Radio, TETRA Radio).

My role provides technical leadership, strategy, day-to-day management, and technical operations for the Telecommunication systems which include and not limited to Marine Telecom services, Plant Radio, Marine VHF Radio, TETRA Radio, CCTV, explosion-proof site phones, Ship-to-Shore link, VOIP, Bulk SMS, Call account, Access control, Intruder detection, Datacenter, UTP/Fiber cables and all physical installation related to ICT Department.

In my role, I manage the design, maintenance, and installation of security and communication systems, including CCTV surveillance, access control, and fence intrusion detection. I administrate the ship/shore communication links, physical security systems like walkthroughs and barrier gates, and the installation of fiber and copper cables. Additionally, I administer Motorola and TETRA radio systems and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, including UPS and DC power systems.
