► SCOPE: Full responsibility of the Internal Control & Audit Department, Reporting to CEO and heading a team of 12 members. Providing technical audits and internal controls guidance to help ensure that operational risks in business are well defined, managed proactively and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
▪️Successfully implemented and monitored an internal control framework, resulting in a reduction of financial errors and data inconsistencies by 50%.
▪️Spearheaded the integration of new ERP system, identifying and addressing potential control issues and streamlining business processes.

• Successfully established cash discount policy for 4000 employee and business partners and Implemented fixed price policy that reduced cash discount by 50%.
• Established store compliance processes and report according to the organizational KPIs that enhanced compliance percentage up to 90%.
• Developed and implemented shortage awareness program across all organization levels to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operation management system.
► SCOPE: Overseeing Operational Audit Department regionally on (Saudi, Arabian Gulf, and North Africa & Levant) on the corporate level, reporting to CEO and headed 10 team members.
• Powerfully launched auditing program for 220 stores that equivalent to about 500 auditing hour yearly.
• Dramatic improvement in efficiency, productivity and business processes, then published the first Operational Audit Report (OAR) that included about “200” finding and the appropriate corrective actions to be taken.
• Review performance of operation management systems and identify weaknesses and develop control mechanisms to ensure the functional integrity.
► SCOPE: Overseeing Inventory Control Department regionally on (Saudi, Arabian Gulf, and North Africa & Levant) on a corporate level, reporting to CFO and CEO and headed 7 team members in different countries.
• Powerfully developed and applied about 10 policies for Inventory Control such as (Shrinkage - Damaged handling policy - Set for sock take - Physical count procedures etc.) within about 1 year.
• Professionally played the liaison role between the company and external stakeholders regarding all related issues .
• Conducted random audit visits to all retail and distribution centers “300+” to ensure consistency, compliance and accuracy.
► SCOPE: Full responsibility of Inventory Management and Warehouse including Inventory (Planning - Controlling - Costing - Reporting) for the group (Paris Gallery retail - Gulf Beauty whole sale), reporting to CFO UAE and Chairman Qatar headed 17 team members.
• Successfully Established 5 policies and procedures for inventory management system and successfully implemented on “Oracle” System, in 6 months.
• Accurately established inventory management process that assures the actual stock; achieving more than 90% of stock accuracy.
Assume responsibility for inventory accuracy on daily, monthly & annually reporting.
