Handle e-mails and follow up with customers concerning different request /complains ensuring fulfillment of their needs and requirements.
•Coordinate with billing and collection control to re-active accounts/update accounts status to ensure up to-date customer information all time.
•Quality control on the sales representative and report their failures to the senior sales representative to tackle areas for development and training.
•Submit daily reports to direct report mentioning interventions and activities conducted and keep records feedbacks/customer transactions and interactions as needed to track achievements and get recommendations.
•Qualify and train TE-data academy students for job market.
•Create concessions to customer to handle any exchanges crisis.
•Handle with installation team creating / removing equipment and delay installation for customers.
•Coordinate with billing shift bills date and delete invoices for customer.
•Follow up performance in sales activities and implementation of new products and offers.
•Test and monitor customer lines on high speeds.
•Handle inquires of TE-data outlet employees and telecom Egypt exchanges employees.
•Handle escalated e-mails done by branches.
