Responsible for ERP system (Odoo System) in terms of database content and first line trouble shooting.
•Monitor “Products” Database to ensure items are properly and accurately recorded on system and in accordance with ERP requirements.
•Provide new staff with required ERP training.
•Communicate with ERP provider for any system problems such as coding or programming issues.
• Ensure all projects documentations and files are complete in hard copies and soft copies, e.g. Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, quotations, shipping documents.
• Review warehouse documents to ensure accuracy of codes and correct products are delivered to clients.
• Calculate courier costing for delivered shipments and send to Finance for further processing.
• Assist Project Manager in monitoring company technicians to ensure installation plans are properly executed.
• Manage company messengers and monitor their daily tasks as well as their performance.
• Monitor employee attendance and extract fingerprints to produce staff timesheets on monthly basis, in coordination with Payroll Department.
Responsible for company IT network and computers.
•Record all information regarding new clients in Clients Database and manage data retrieval.
