- Greet customers, build a rapport with them and thank them for their usiness.
- Supervise tellers to process customers' bank account transactions accurately and efficiently like payments and check cashing correctly.
- Help customers find solutions to their financial needs by identifying our products and services that can meet those needs, and referring the customer to the right person in the bank.
- Take responsibility for resolving customer problems and concerns to the customer’s satisfaction. Refer complex problems to management.

Follow all policies and guidelines carefully including internal security measures, and those in our Teller Policy Manual, and Teller Procedure Manual.
- Work with Teller staff towards development and achievement of Branch and/or Individual Goals.
- Work with staff to identify and resolve problem issues.
- Monitor branch operating cash, reports, review teller cash counts, conduct sporadic counts and make recommendations for correction.
- Facilitate and supervise daily teller and branch operational activities; including delegation of work assignments, scheduling leaves & off days, and monitoring work flow

Achieve personal referral goals, and actively participate in branch sales promotions.
- Work with branch management regarding new hires, employee relations issues and follow up on corrective action reports.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- In order to assist the branch team, additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Attend new hire training program, and participate in appropriate training sessions in the future.
