reach the optimum points of success through the applied company plan.

Achievements:
* Purchase the most technically advanced (Immunity / Chemical)
analysis unit in the Middle East & Africa (The Atelica Unit by
SIEMENS) with a saving of around 300, 000 EGP and a 25%
discounted reagents contract for a 5 years deal.
* Open more than 11 new branches around Egypt in 3 years with a full
purchasing department capacity to save around 1.3 M EGP in total.
* Apply a long term deal with ROCH Company to supply thyroid
reagents for 10 years at a 25% discount with a free new (Cobas 8000
unit).
* Restructure the purchasing of all the company departments &
branches to reach a net savings of around 1.7 M EGP annually.

:Achievements
* Change the payment terms for all the suppliers & contractors from 30
to 60 days after submitting the signed delivery note and invoice.
* Start a new work channel with two marble & granite suppliers in Italy
to handle all the company projects in Qatar with a (LC) contracts that
lead to achieve more than 17 M QR in 2 projects.
* In the project of (Abdul wahab Tower - Wyndham Hotel) the final
recorded expenditure budget after delivering the tower furnished to
the operator (Wyndham) was 1.2 B QR out of 1.5 B QR estimated
budget, means around 300 M QR savings in total after 3 years of
working.
* Convince the 10 leading ready mix concrete suppliers in Qatar to
work with full capacity in our project (Ezdan Oasis) at the same
cubic meter rate, which leads to accelerate the project concrete work
time frame with 3 months earlier than planned and also a 15 m QR
savings in total 10 companies.

* Change the main store visual merchandise and make a very valuable promotions and gifts and a small concert at 2014 new year event which lead to increase the sales with 30% comparing to the previous year and the feedback of the store from the 100% positive clients comments at the day of the event.
* Apply the SMS client’s service with the help of Ooredoo & Vodafone Qatar to reach all our clients with the promotions and discounts details 10 days before the event which leads to 99% sales at the season of promotions.
