Ensures that organization standards are met in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Reliability.

Major repairs; MANAGING the execution of plans. Ability to establish and maintain a successful preventative maintenance program.
Hiring, directing, and managing the maintenance technician; evaluating their performance in relation to timely results, cost and quality. The ability to build a high-performing maintenance team.
Analyzing, evaluating, and authorizing modifications to equipment, in order to reach optimal operating conditions and to reduce costs and energy consumption.
Preparing monthly reports for plant management using statistics, PARETO charts, graphics, indexes, etc. With respect to materials and labor as well as specific information about Equipment behavior (performance, controls, records, costs, etc.) Working knowledge of Installation, repair, troubleshooting and setup of industrial process Controls and pneumatic, hydraulic and electro- mechanical systems. Responsible for the training and development of maintenance personnel and other
Technical level employees. Preparation of “Bill of Materials” including selection of switchgear components / PLC Components & etc.., Engineering and documentation of the designed control system
HMI/PLC/VFD Programming, Maintenance and Backup - Rolling mill field Service (Electrical Motors, Instruments and Electrical control Room ECR), Daily reports, check lists and following rolling mill parameters with operation for any Updates
Electrical control room ECR maintenance - Daily report included (Spares required, Rolling Mill delays and the Reasons and daily Jobs activates - Electrical Motors, installing and troubleshooting variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers and human machine interface
