Act as linkage point between brokers, dealers and there concerning client around world.
Sending and receiving (brokers’ invoices and client instructions) to match the settlement process.
Answer questions of customer relates to the service and the procedures.
Answer Inquiries of customer relates to their account.
Resolve client’s complaints.
Meet clients.
Promoting and marketing for premium cards.
Full information about embossing cycle.
Full information about filing system.
Entering application data in system.
Handel all transactions of unclaimed accounts.
Following outgoing cards issued.
Handling returned cards.
