• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that
expands company’s customer base along all
segments(Corporate, leisure, Concierge&Royalty) and
ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer
relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and
realistic forecasts to the management team
• Product specific sales, marketing, and public relations in
GCC Area.
• Effective Account Management (Negotiations,
Contracting, Lead Generation, Conversion, Training,
Telemarketing).
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by
successfully managing the sales team

Does all the contracting to all suppliers then checks
any new rates that are obtained.
Ensures that rates are competitive if not negotiates
with supplier.
Responsible for the creation of the correct yearly
sales prices together with management.
Handling or solving all complaints that arise from
internal operation or tours in collaboration with the
Operation and Accounting units
Inspecting properties and/or services of (new)
suppliers.
Keep product development department up-to-date
on new developments, suppliers and prices.
Obtaining allotments from hotel partners
Handling of correspondences, sorted - out letters,
telexes, fax, cables which are checked already by Front
OfficeManager.
• Allocate daily tasks to Reservations staff .
• Review reservation booked daily.
• Review arrival report daily.
• Responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast
• prepare correspondence and documents
• receive and sort mail and deliveries
• maintain appointment diary either manually or
electronically
• organize conference and meeting room bookings
• co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
• monitor and maintain office equipment
• control inventory relevant to reception area
