Everyday day tasks :
• greet customers politely as they enter
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and to provide advice to guests.
•Assist with F&B activities (cocktail reception, conference, banqueting and outside catering) as assigned by the Outlet Manager
• input the order into POS System
• take food and beverage orders accurately including any special requests
• handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner • re-set and prepare table for customers
• Cleaning and polishing glasses and dishes..ect
• perform any side-work as requested
• coordinating my responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow of service
Everyday tasks:
• Cleaning tables, removed dirty dishes
• Welcoming guests with smile and hospitality
• Serve patrons with food, coffee, and Juice.
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, shelves, walls, and equipment. • suggesting the best options for costumer needs
• take payment with cash and credit cards
• coordinating my responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow of service.
