1. Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
2. Review Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.
3. Immediately alert supply chain manager when a budget is exceeded.
4. Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the warehouse for returns/credits. This area will include out of dates, damaged and un-saleable goods.
5. Observe the correct purchase protocols.
6. Analysis stock levels against historic sales data to forecast future requirements.
7. Complete all necessary stock takes.
8. Maintain the warehouse and the allocation of space for stock. Ensure the warehouse meets regulations.
9. Maintain warehouse standards as described in our standards manual; this includes stock management, cleaning, shelf/ stock presentation, shelf ticketing.
10. At all times comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
11. Inventory (periodic inventory--the sudden inventory--monthly inventory--annual inventory).
