Interdyne is an International Corporation specializing in project management,
logistics, & procurement services through contracts with the U.S. Government.
The company makes contracts with Egyptian army for some military sites that needs our service and facilities
Start from Dec 2015 till present
Main Duties and Responsibilities :-
• Installation, Maintenance Planning and site supervision of Mechanical, Electrical and Electro-Mechanical tasks such as;
HVAC - Pumps - Compressors - fire Alarm - Fire fighting - Cranes -Boilers- Sandblast - Heavy Vehicles - Forklifts -Convertors -Transformers and Power Distribution.
• Issuing inspection and technical reports of all equipment.
• Operating and Maintain on new installed equipment.
• Leading and managing a team of supervisors and technicians to perform tasks as required standard.
• Ordering spare parts respecting quality manufacturer .
• Make sure all the team works with safety environment and safety tools.
•Planning spare parts maintenance kits in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
•Responsible for ensuring maintenance works managed on a planned and scheduled basis for Protus & Focke Machines.
•Scheduling maintenance and monthly sanitation plans,
(3000 H, 6000 H, 9000 H).
• Monitoring machine performance before & after maintenance.
• Planning insufficient defected machine parts.
• Ordering spare parts respecting cost and lead time.
• Coordination of weekly maintenance schedule meetings.
• Observing machine parts lifetime incompatible with actual condition.
•Identifying required parts and material kits need in maintenance plans.
•Monitoring department budget performance.
• Plan, organize and lead preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Work with the team of technicians to meet daily schedule requirements; provide break relief as needed.
• Reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from component failure
• Proactive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Creative problem solving to perform equipment improvements.
• Planning of PM and project work
• Good communication skills with team members and all others.
• Provide break relief to team members
• Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and structural components
• Create retrofits and fabrication as needed, machine tear down/repair and assembly.
•Responsible for line troubleshooting of Machines.
•Is responsible for execution of planned maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
• Responsible for cost reduction of repair and maintenance activities in workshop.
1-Work currently in Multinational company (Unicharm Middle East & North Africa) for BabyJoy product, one of the world's leading companies in manufacturing and distribution of health products (Baby Diapers, Feminine Napkins).
Production Operation Engineer for product line, planning, producing, delivering, deploying, sustaining, and retiring products.
