- Install and configure clinical software and components.
- Build custom reports for clients using the clinical software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including program setup, configuration and workflow configuration.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root causes of the problem.
- Track software issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate managers by following protocol.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Refer to internal knowledge base or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Follow up with clients to ensure their clinical software systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals and contribute back to the knowledge base.
- Manage all Daily operation related to our Hospital Application System.
- Training and Learning Hospital staff, also Build up application to match all hospital needs.
- Flow Up Daily Clinical Workflow Analysis and Supporting Clinical End Users.
- Follow up day to day support issues and maintain issue and support HIS (Micro care) system and Software X-ray Imaging.
- Coordinator with the Client to Plan and organize and Implement Onsite Training workshop per session Group Training or individual Training to End user, and make Excellent solution to deliver the Training Materials to Hospital End Users.
- Handle errors and problem that happened and affected to cycle of application inside hospital.
- Received all Requirement from hospital staff and analyzed it then communicate with development Team to get estimation and Feed client back about updates.
- Assisting in organizing the implementation of new software patches, new releases and new software packages as needed.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to effectively plan and implement strategic initiatives utilizing project management best practices, tools, and technology.
- Implements projects as assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations and/or Institutes/Department Administrators
- Manage backup and data Management inside hospital in weekly base.
- Develop, implement and update policies related to education and training in HIS (Micro care) systems, such as OPD, INP, ER, PHY, and PHR.
- Providing statistical data and reporting on monthly and ad-hoc basis for management and key users.
- Coordinate with all radiologists and perform troubleshoot on systems and administer everyday activities.
- Install and provide support to remote workstations and monitor all complex application administration and perform tests
on same and recommend changes to improve working.
- Monitor all tasks and resolve all issues related to PACS applications and associate equipment, perform troubleshoot on
all moderate and complex issues and provide appropriate feedback.
- Maintain knowledge on all PACS systems and work processes and monitor all logs for error in applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and various departments to resolve all issues and perform troubleshoot to provide application
support and maintain system tables.
- Oversee all tests on systems and ensure effective implementation of all test process.
- Provide training to all new users and vendors .
- Plan, organize and implement customer-oriented training workshops.
- Test configuration, customization and updates of hospital Information systems.
- Communicate with end-users and process owners to understand the work processes and requirements for customization purposes.
- Evaluate the comprehensiveness of testing scenarios to demonstrate system effectiveness.
- Execute testing scenarios and methodologies to demonstrate system effectiveness.
- Serves as an expert resource for end-users in regard to questions or issues relating to the systems' functionalities.
- Work with and guides key users in identifying potential changes and improvements that are within application implementation project scope of work.
- Provide application implementation support and technical guidance to key users.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to application performance.
- Communicate with end users to evaluate system utilization and performance.
- Develop and provide on-demand online training material to enhance users’ utilization of HIS system.
- Develop, implement and update policies related to education and training in HIS systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of hospital information through proper utilization of authentication and authorization procedures.
- Identify quality indicators in respective area and develop a plan for data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Manage and maintain clinical, administrative, financial information systems, ensuring maximum availability through proactive approaches.
- Manage and coordinate the integrated implementation of CIS systems across
company including the life cycle of infrastructure.
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on
project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
- Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
- Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and
measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Support and resolve issues with locally installed equipment, networks and applications.
- Resolution of hardware issues for printers and multifunction devices.
- Ensure that all the software and the help desk systems are being kept up-to-date
