Devise the advertising strategy for the clients, taking into consideration the market, competition and the consumer.
Within the Agency; co-coordinating various functions to formulate an affective advertising campaign, including below the line activities.
Over all management, develop short-term and long term operation plans for the hotel, monitor the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction and needs, establish and maintains a pro-action human resources function to ensure employee motivations, training and development, maintain product and service quality standard, prepare the annual hotel budget, make new plans which aim to increase level of guest satisfaction, implement and maintain local and international sales /marketing programs.
Implemented program to increase the revenue and directly responsible for the accounts department.
Supervises operation of the hotel through the night, represent management when decisions must be made during the night, assist cashier with questions of credit, solve guests problems in cooperation with departments heads concerned, observes and supervises behavior and efficiency of all member of front office staff, including cashiers, supervises lobby cleanliness and order at all time .
Arrange daily and weekly tours for the guest including hotel bookings,
Transportations, programs, and guiding.
