• Supervising and managing export sales activities.
• Generating sales in targeted regions according to company strategies and executing the required action plans to reach company export target.
• Quoting prices to existing and new customers according to company prices strategy to achieve the company annual profitability target.
• Maintaining good relation to existing customers and handling all their comments and complains.
• Supervising all export documentations including export orders, samples requests and export shipment documents.
• Supervising proforma invoices, prices and export payment and shipping terms according to company strategies and policies.
• Forecasting annual export sales to existing customers according to our product seasonality and available production capacities.
• Developing new products, designs and colors according to new export markets demands.
• Monitoring customer’s payments and credit limits according to agreed payment conditions.
• Representing my company in international and national exhibitions and generating participation report, visitor’s list and exhibition product demands analysis.
• Executing all company exhibition participation procedures with EDA and directly with exhibition organizers including stand payments, stand layout, product display and product shipping to the exhibition.
• Monitoring with factory departments the executing of export orders in production and make sure to meet all promised shipping dates.
• Approving export shipment documents before dispatching them to banks and customers.
• Providing trainings and advises to team members to improve export sales performance.
• Reviewing warehouses stock levels and generate sales action plan and export promotions to existing customers.
• Preparing export reports and trends to export sales, export trends analysis and export team performance evaluation to export director and top manager.

• Prepares of annual, monthly and daily production schedules
• Prepares of annual and monthly materials requisitions.
• Notify internal departments of delivery arrivals.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages and communicate with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Coordinates the pick-up of parcels being shipped through DHL, TNT, FedEx and Aramex.
• Follow and track the shipments being shipped from the company with the courier companies through their websites.
• Recording the daily shipments to the software programs of each company based on the most convenient courier for each shipment.
• Review and choose the suitable courier for each shipment based on the cost, delivery days and good service received from each courier company.
• Make daily reports and updating it with the actual status of each shipment and send it to the related departments.
BSC in Science and Education in Mathematics field from Tanta university in 2007
