1) RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
Head the entire life cycle of recruitments like identifying manpower specifications, sourcing, selection process, conduct of examinations and interviews.
Plan Human Resource requirements in coordination with various functional and operation heads.
Organize and evaluate job analysis, job descriptions and human constraints.

2) Compensation & Benefits Section(CPS)
Establish and monitor compensation and benefits,
Payroll functions and activities in monthly basis along with overtime calculations according to company's policy. Constant communication with banks for monthly salaries pay track by pay cards
3) Labor Relation Section(LRS)
Troubleshooting.
Tracking labor's problems and needs.
Closing the gap between labors, subordinates and supervisor
4) TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Identify training needs within the entire staff base, including training requirements for
entering into new market areas
Develop and maintain up-to-date training and personal development plans for all staff
Ensure training targets are met and maintained in accordance with current legislation
Deliver appropriate training programmes in accordance with legislation and current
industry best practice
Monitor staff through training programmes ensuring personal and organisational targets
are achieved
Maintain up-to-date records of all training delivered in personnel and electronic files
Identify and source training funding from various funding streams
Monitor the use of training funding
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to training and disseminate any
new requirements appropriately to colleagues
Maintain own personal development in relation to training and the social care industry
Produce reports as required
5) Filing Section(201.S)
Record keeping for regular and further references
Using software program (pioneer, Access) for fast and precise information that related to personnel .
Supervise administrative services, Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
Manage the maintenance of Vehicles and registration.
Maintain insurance coverage, Issue permits and licenses.
6) Public Relations Section(PRS)
Following PROs in systematic manner in order to settle all issues related to government, immigration and municipality
Updating our system for any further instructions or regulations from labor department.
7) Government Relations Section(GRS)
Monitoring and overseeing the data entry technicians for (renewing resident permits, new visas and visa extensions
Using E-government for all purposes related to employees’ government relation issues
Coordinate with other section whom concerns to settle employees’ personnel needs (i.e. exit permit, cancelling RPs …. Etc)
8) Billing Section
Calculating and breaking down Administration budget in order to reduce indirect labor cost
Invoice our subsidiaries companies against administration services and accommodating their manpower with full services
Monitoring the mass of hiring and renting local labors based on company’s needs
9) Accommodation
Responsible for all of activities related to staff and labors accommodation.

To formulate the policies in tune with management decisions. Accomplish various compensation policies, increment, incentives and benefits including payment packages for newly hired employees.
Business forecasting and preparation of Manpower budgets and frame work.
Train the team of junior managers and equip them in to competent in business.
Establishing the core values and al jaber culture to the employee family as well as customer world. Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, Recognized as quick learner to e-business and international market strategies in favor to company products.
Oversee human resources operations of the entire business such as Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Employee relations.
