• development and delivery of HSE training,
• Liaising with external auditors,
• Acting as a field expert within RATP-Dev groups.
• Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve HSE objectives.
• Support the Site HSE Manager to perform HSE Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks.
• Support the HSE Site Manager to prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans.
• Assist Site HSE Manager to coordinate and control activities with respect of HSE, especially where interfaces are involved with other
contractors
• Provide support and advice to site personnel to prevent injury, damage to plant and equipment, fire, environmental pollution.
• Recognize the best practices and the good performance. React to violations to regulations and RATP Dev Standards.
•Support the Site HSE Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with RATP Dev Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Comply with the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and Safety Management System.
• Ensure that all accidents and ‘near misses ‘are properly recorded, reported, and investigated to determine the root causes.
• Submission of Hazard observations in accordance with Hazard observation reporting guidelines
• Ensure that all potential risks that may come from performed activities are identified and mitigated and ensure that employees,
contractors, and visitor are aware of safety procedures and any relevant legislation.

• Preparing all reports and statistics (weekly & monthly) regarding accident/incident-near miss to
• submit to the client.
• Conducting investigations into all accidents and near-misses.
• Conducting risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
• Report all the relevant information and submit documents to HSE Manager.
• Preparing GHS HAZCOM program on site.
• Design all reports format by computer.
• Implementing, updating, and auditing of the EHS systems in accordance with the corporate guidelines.
• Implementing different types of drills (Evacuation - Fire - Medical - Chemical Spill…etc ).
• Recording HSE Key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports as necessary.
• Following up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and
• monitoring the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.
• Actively participating in the HSE incident investigations, environmental loss, as well as near misses to
• determine root causes, identifying key lessons and making recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.

• Following up with all work permit systems, daily activities, and closed out reports on site.
• Preventing accidents, public speaking, leadership and flexibility.
• Supervision and identifying hazards in order to control them in the site.
• Giving training, toolbox talks and induction.
