• consultative care to women with infertility and endocrinologic disorders, complications of pregnancy, gynecologic problems, urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse, genetic questions and disorders; and providing diagnostic ultrasound services as well as comprehensive care for women with gynecologic cancers
• conducting research regarding the health of women to advance knowledge and translate findings into new programs for women

Had performed all steps of infertility work-up including :
1- History taking
2- Examination
3- Laboratory investigations needed
4- Prescribing protocols of ovulation induction \{ tailored for each case accordingly \}
5- Dealing with poor responder cases and failure cases
6- Doing all operative procedures needed for assisted reproduction namely : a- Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI),
b- ovum pick-up \[ thousands of cases, 70 cases per week on average, over more than 3 years\].
c- Embryo transfer
d- Embryo reduction \[ triplets and more \]
e- Management of complication of ovulation induction \[ OHSS\] medically and surgically via aspiration of ascetic fluid vaginally, aspiration of ovarian cysts.
f- Vaginal cerculage.

Had performed thousands of diagnostic laparoscopy and hysteroscopy \[ both office and ordinary\]

1- Resection of uterine septum.
2- Removal of submucous myomas and polyps
3- Adhesiolysis







_operative laparoscopy :
1- Adhesiolysis
2- Tubal disconnection
3- Ectopic pregnancy
4- Endometriosis
5- Ovarian cystectomy
6- Missed IUCD

Other gynecologic procedures including

1- Hysterectomy \[abdominal and vaginal\]
2- Myomectomy \[ abdominal and hysteroscopic \]
3- Ovarian cystectomy
4- Dilatation and curettage
5- Classical repair



Different contraceptive procedures including copper-T insertion, Mirena 1, Mirena 2 insertion and dealing with their complication
















Other obstetric procedures including:
1- Vaginal delivery +/- episiotomy
2- Cesarean section with all suspected complications as atony and bleeding \{ doing bilateral internal iliac artery ligation, B- lynch, bilateral uterine artery ligation, Bakery balloon insertion,
3- If needed, cesarean hysterectomy
4- Management of ectopic pregnancy
5- Surgical evacuation for abortion
6- Suction evacuation for vesicular mole
