1.We start our work after receiving confirmation from the director of purchases on the quantities and prices, according to the forecast to know the requirement for raw & packing materials.(Milk Powder, Milk Protein, Rennet Casein, Emulsifying Sault, Cheese Flavors, Butter, ….etc)(TetraPak, Aluminum Foil, Jars, Cap, Cup.)
2.Responsible for issuing the spare parts purchase orders on the GP or AX system.
3.Responsible for the import of Machines and Machines spare parts.
4.Sending the data sheet and follow up if this approved from quality department and the Egyptian Customs .
5.Revising the Contract and P/I and issuing the Purchasing Order on the GP or AX system.
6. Send purchase orders to suppliers and continue to send the labels of prepared and reviewed with the quality and the customs broker administration.
7.Preparing the documents required for get the veterinary approved for all the shipments .
8.Follow up the expected shipping schedule and the shipping details for all shipments .
9.Follow up to get copy from the shipping documents and reviewing it and also with the Clearance agent .
10.Follow up with the supplies to send us the tracking no. for courier to follow up the original shipping documents till arrived to the bank.
11.Receiving the original shipping documents and sending it to the clearance agent.
12.Follow up the Procedures with the clearance agent till the shipments leaving the Ports and arriving to the warehouse and return the containers .
13.Follow up the Clearance agent till getting the health authorities confirmation.
14.Follow-up to get a health release decode health reservation shipments.
15.Responsible for the clearing agents bills.
16.Follow up payments due to terms and conditions to suppliers offshore.
17.Preparation incentives reports.
18.Preparation open orders reports.
19.Preparation Follow up reports.
20.Preparation KPI & SAVING reports.
21.Anything else may required from his direct boss.

Responsible for the import of Machines and Machines spare parts. 5. Responsible for the follow-up of shipping documents. 6. Responsible for the clearing agents bills. 7. Follow up payments due to terms and conditions to suppliers offshore. 8. Following up with the clearing customs agents to issue the identical certificate for the goods due to Egyptian standards and qualifications. 9. Sharing in the forecast of row and packing materials 10. sending the data sheet and follow up if this approved from quality department and the Egyptian Customs . 11. Preparing the documents required for get the veterinary approved for all the shipments . 12. follow up the expected shipping schedule and the shipping details for the shipments . 13. follow up to get copy from the shipping documents and reviewing it and also with the Clearance agent . 14. follow up with the supplies to send us the tracking no. for courier to follow up the original shipping documents till arrived to the bank. 15.
