Responsible of managing & organizing all departments’ activities (Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance, Accounting, Administration and sales) of total 1100 laborers, 132 million L.E current capitals. (R.O.I 25%) Budgeting & financial planning of coming year activities Increase the productivity of the factory from 120 unit/hr to 146 unit/hr of Refrigerators achieving 48 million L.E. yearly profit
Responsible of managing & organizing all departments activities (Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance, Accounting, Administration and sales) of total 500 laborers, 65 million L.E. current capital Budgeting & financial planning of coming year activities Increase the productivity of the factory from 26 unit/hr to 50 unit/hr of washing machines achieving 82 million L.E. yearly profit Increase the quality medium index from 75% to 94% Decrease scrape cost from 8.4 LE/WM to 0.4 LE/WM (2 Month Period )Start & setup the internal net work system supporting material & production planning and costing & sales (Oracle)

B-Modify blade strip rocker pitching to index pitching
C-Modify water box to assure 98% blade strip flatness after hardening
