1)Worked as a Senior of account payable / treasury accountant in financial department.
Note: As a part of my job responsibilities I travelled to Dubai, UAE for audit financial operation and treasury.
-Managed accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll department.
-Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation, insuring credit is received for outstanding memos, issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
-Managed vendor accounts, generating weekly on demand checks.
-Ensure the company’s banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns.
Administrating online banking functions.
-Prepared monthly cash schedules to track daily deposits.

-Account receivable (update customer file, customer security, customer records, customer discount, mail customers statement and obtain periodic confirmation, prepare monthly receivable reports, submission of government invoice and prepare monthly reconciliation).
-Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
-Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
-Prepare AR write off request for approval by management.
-Cash, credit cards and checks (control, review, verify).
-Prepare American general journal monthly.
-Prepare trail balance.
-Record entries by using Quick Books program.
