Ensure Compliance Of HSE Plan On board the dredgers & vessels and its supporting marine unit and sand field area.
Conduct Project HSE induction and training for All Dependents and Independents employees.
Participate and facilitate In toolbox meetings.
Report dangerous situations, Incidents and accidents.
Conduct the Risk assessment and other surveys & studies (JSA, SARA, Hazop, ...)
Initiate Preventive Actions and take the corrective actions for unsafe conditions and near miss.
Encourage Safe Work Practice From Crew Personnel.
Participate in emergency preparedness and response drills and ensure effectiveness.
Carry out HSE inspections for dredgers, supporting marine units sandfield, workshops and on-going activities.
Carry out PTW Compliance Audits For on-going Activities.
Monitor All pipeline Operations and dredger maintenance day.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of incentive schemes.
Record and review the HSE performance achieved on their project area.
Provide feedback to improve the implementation of the company HSE management System.
Following up on corrective actions raised from the inspections to ensure compliance with requirements.
Prepare Site/Area Risk Assessment Summary (SARAS).
Compliance against local, OHSAS 18001: 2007 requirements:
Compliance against Environmental Management System. (EMS) ISO 14001:2004.
Develop and implement safety training matrix and training needs.
Monitor and review permit to work (PTW) and contractor management.
Develop and review safe work practices (SWPs).
Develop Key safety Behavior (KSB) culture.
Inspection of site identified risks (RMS).
Administers all actions tracked on the action tracking system.
Coordinate Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies. (Aspect registers).
Implementation PepsiCo Standards
Develops emergency response plan and coordinates effective test drills
Ensures all firefighting systems are maintained properly & ready for emergencies.
Prepare risk mitigation plan and CAPEX
Analysis of row material, finish product & packing material against USP standard.
Implémentation ISO 9001 - Document control standard.
Responsible for hold, release & reject incoming material on date base system.
Review all COA for inspected material.
Review & update all SOP’s.
Develop work instructions.
Represent all medical equipment & devices in specific area.
Achievement company target.
