- Manage, Direct, advice, coach, train, supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of all inventory Team in 8 warehouses with total Capacity 32, 000 Pallet Position of Dry, Chilled & Frozen Warehousing Types .
- Implements and conducts training programs for the implementation of any new system or application in the Inventory Control department.
- Validates all the processes relating to Inventory transactions and ensures alignment within local Inventory Control departments.
- Oversee the full Inventory Control Department function in all Regions.
- Conduct quality control on all Inventory Management data, produce Monthly analytical inventory reports and supplies the management and commercial teams with accurate reports.
- Follow up closely with the local Inventory clerks by ensuring a proper implementation of the policies and procedures are adhered to with elements of control losses and the percentage records of shrinkage.
- Manage, Create & Update Material Master Data for All Divisions, More than 11000 Articles .
- Communicate openly with the IT department to ensure areas of concern are limited within the technical areas of challenges.
- Support local teams on site whenever there are technical problems.
- Generates monthly reports and including analytical feedback to provide a proper overview of the Regional performance.
- Monitor closely the seasonal products and provides the commercial team with the required reports.
- Ensure stock integrity at all time to enable minimal write off action.
- Management of all inventories at multiple external locations in line with the requirements of the operation.
- To produce a detailed, effective departmental action plan for the Region Manager on a weekly basis. KPI and damage reporting.
- The review of departmental SOP’s to ensure that department is adhered to.
- Develop and train Inventory staff in all locations to enable continuity throughout the department.
- Produce stock integrity results on a daily basis identifying current and potential issues.
- Monitor and Follow up on timely update of data on WMS.

A strong Inventory Controller oversees the inventory management process and is responsible for developing solutions and new policies to improve the inventory process . Supervises assigned personnel, is responsible for ensuring utmost level of accuracy .Also I`m fully responsible of Material Master Creation in All divisions .

• Oversee the total performance of inventory control Department & Allocate resources to cover any gaps.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Managers to ensure high level of work flow in Receiving & Shipping areas.
• Make sure that all Warehouse operations are totally maintained in accordance with SOP regulations, Company restrictions & quality Standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, planning & sales departments to ensure that FIFO & FEFO outbound strategies are correctly in use.
• Communicate smoothly with Category Managers in All divisions (Frozen, Chilled, Dry, Sea Food, Non Food & promotions) to provide full & Accurate Data Regarding new materials in order to create its related Codes on SAP.
• Supervise inventory clerks & assign related daily / Weekly tasks (Van Checking, Loading Checking, IRA ... Etc.)
• Develop and report monthly metrics for inventory accuracy based on reports received from inventory staff.
• Generate Reports (on Hand stock, Near Expiry items & Adjustment Report) & forward it to top management on Weekly basis.
• Prepare monthly Damage & Expired Reports ( based on lists received from warehouses ) to be ready for Disposal & generate A report with total Cost then forward it to top Management .
• Lead Quarterly cycle counts and Control its data, print all count documents - Analyze Cycle Count Data and provide Short/Gain List & Accuracy Result (Locations/Qty).
• Track in transit stock & insure that there is no pending issue.

As an individual Role, I`m Fully responsible of handling/Managing All Marks & Spencer Storing Operations inside Agility Egypt Warehouse As listed in the below Points:

• Create outbound Replenishment orders & Prepare Pick Sheets For Operations Team.
• Ship Orders On system After picking Confirmation by Operations Team .
• Create inbound Documents & pass it to Operations Team in order to start Receiving New invoices .
• Make weekly Reconciliation between Our system & customer System in order to do the needed adjustments in time to keep the two inventories matching.
• Generate Reports like Outbound Details Report, Stock history by Date, Item Aging Report & Receipt Confirmation Report & send them to the customer.
• Update monitor with Outbound orders Status & prepare Delivery Sheet Documents For operations Team .
• Manage cycle count & Generate Report with Gain & loss .
• Send Daily Dispatch Details mail to stores Containing packing List For all outbound Orders .
• Reply all customer inquiries & pass requirements to operations Team .
• Generate monthly KPI`s Report & send it to customer with Explain.
• Ensure high level of operation flow in accordance with SOP principles & Quality Standards.
• Update System with Master Data for all Articles & ensure accurate order fulfillment .
• Generate SED “ Short, Excess & Damage “ Reports For All received Invoices .
• Check WMS for any functional mistakes by operations Team & investigate to Avoid repetition.
• Keep Archive accurate & clear to be easy to search for any document.
• Prepare required Spreadsheets to do Daily tasks like checking Damage in sound Stock Locations, Incomplete pallets in high level locations, wrong hold status & Damage without Hold .
• Ensure implementing FIFO warehouse outbound System
• Making Reallocation for Damage / Not found lines While picking & Moving defected Items to suitable Storage Locations

- Controlling the warehouse operation by noticing any faults in daily operations or storing process.
- Monitoring any discrepancies as I'm responsible for analyze and solve any problem appear in Warehouse locations.
- Responsible in planning and managing monthly and annually inventories.
- Controlling the stored goods cost between my organization and our clients.
- Achievement Quality Standard in Warehouse by monitoring the warehouse staff And operations faults.
- Prepare monthly Expiry & Damage reports.
- Regularly conducts inventory and transactional checks.
- Ensuring product integrity by monitoring shipments and expiries.
- Oversees the activities in the warehouses, ensuring conformities with the procedures in place.
- Monitors compliance with the safety, health and environmental control mechanisms in place.

- Keep inventory in stock organized and counted.

- Report any problems to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Coordinating with customer on delivery locations.
- Keep all Work Areas in a clean and safety maintained condition and maintain good housekeeping.
- Keeping track of deliveries and ensuring proper communication with customer.
- All deliveries should be with a proper delivery note signed by the originator.
