Main Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and Profitability
2.Provide technical presentations to describe products and services to customers and potential customers daily 3. Analyzing market challenges and attempting to provide feasible solution aligned with company capabilities and achieve customer expectation
4. Always search for new customers, perform regular customer visits, following up existing customers and organize exhibitions
5.Study customer requirements, supervise the product offering, making sales quotations for customers and reach out to customer leads through cold calling
6.Using technical knowledge and skills to explain the benefits and pros. of products and services to potential customers
7.Showing customers how products can lower costs and increase productivity
8.Initialize all documents for the whole sales process, maintain customer records, assess customer satisfaction and taking feedback
9.Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
10. Collaborate and work directly with the technical Support & Specifications teams to understand customer requirements and to achieve the satisfaction of customers
11. Helping customers in solving problems related to products and services, handling customer complaints and conduct it with concerned
12.Managing customer accounts and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

1. Development Of El Kasr El-Einy Hospital in Cairo .
2. Establishment a building Of Bank and a building belonging to the Egyptian Post
Authoritiy in Borg El - Arab City in Alexandria.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Supervise the buildings construction from conception to completion on daily
basis.
2. Provide technical advises to subcontractors regarding construction activities.
3. Monitor and follow the construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and sending it to Construction
Manager.
5. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction
techniques.
6. Follow the coordination drawings and arrange with other subsystems in all
overlapping activities
7. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site .
8. Monitoring and tracking of any building materials quantities and reporting it to
the Construction Manager.
Projects I have Participated in:
1. Construction of Entertainment Center and Food Courts From Begining To its Finishing.
2. Establihment of Residential Compoud ( Al-Tarek Gardens Compound ) From Concrete Stage to Finishing stage.
3. Establishing Many Residential Buildings and Villas from Concrete Stage to Finishing stage ( 10 Residential Building - 15 Villas, Residential Units ).
4. Establishing Two Residential Buildings in The Slum Development Project .
5. Supervise Finishing Works of Many Pharmacies Decoration.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Supervise the buildings construction from conception to completion on daily basis.
2. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
3. Provide technical advises to subcontractors regarding construction activities.
4. Contact different products suppliers to obtain an accurate price for all materials required.
5. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
6. Monitor and follow the construction workers and subcontractors.
7. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and sending it to Construction Manager.
8. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
9. Monitoring and tracking of any building materials quantities and reporting it to the Construction Manager.
