Responsibilities:
1- Design and implement processes to give managers the necessary financial data to make decisions and monitor performance.
2- Manages, supervise and promotes performance of the sales and marketing employees.g
3- Enforce financial discipline/guideline.
4- Monitor financial and procurement procedures through controlling.
5- Ensure that all accounting records are up-to-date, maintains financial control and ensure compliance with credits and that funds are spent effectively.
6- Provide recommendations to the CEO on major financial decisions and carry out the financial policy decisions made by senior management.
7- Proactively participate in strategic planning through preparing monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements.
8- Follow up with the sales and collections of sales revenues and compare the target with the actual.
9- Handle problems that meet sales and marketing department and deal with customers.

1. Providing top management with daily financial report during advising period and compare it with the budget to follow up the target
2. Collecting all data from the other department ( graduated - withdrew - dropped - transferred ) to get the final number of students that should start the semester and follow up their registration
3. Preparing the advising process for each semester. Orienting & training my subordinates on the process.
4. Approving the forms submitted by students (financial aid - petitions - discounts - Installment) according to the rules and regulations of the Organization
5. Assigning the tasks to my subordinates & follow up on them regularly
6. Reviewing payments; match them with students’ accounts and receipts using the fees module (software system).
7. Preparing a statistical report on the amounts paid according to the students’ accounts
8. Preparing periodical reports to the top management & CFO. Ex ( registered students - revenue rained through registration -…… etc )
9. Following up on the following
a. Collecting installments
b. Debit process
c. Preparing daily receipts
10. Preparing the needed financial reports to other departments ex: students medical Insurance -
11. Reviewing student's accounts and auditing them, after the advising period is over.
12. Making sure that all rules & regulations are applied.
13. Evaluating subordinates quarterly & annually.
14. Preparing the quarter & annual accrual entries
15. Matching the fixed assets with the inventory
16. Resolving any problem that students and/or parents might have according to my authorities and the rules and regulations.

6- Prepare the employees’ monthly payment and payroll (monthly salaries, bonuses, commissions).
7- Records, classifies, and summarizes accounting transactions requiring knowledge of accounting policies, procedures, and systems within the department
8- Compiles various documents, verifies their accuracy, and authorizes payments in accordance with established procedures
9- Assembles documents for computer input, verifying accuracy of itemized charges, account numbers, and total costs
1- Processes and records routine accounting transactions.
2- Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage and updating.
3- Maintains journals and ledgers; compiles internal control reports
4- Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government.
5- Use computer to enter data into spreadsheet.
