Handling full spectrum of accounting role e.g., AR, AP, GL.
• Response for day-to-day accounting operation.
• Proceed full sets of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Monitoring budget VS Actual incurred cost.
• Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow
management reporting for submission to top management.
• Perform cash flow forecasting.
• Develop and maintain control system to make sure of adherence with company’s
policy, SOP.
Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
• Assemble invoices to be completed for payment.
• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for
files.
• Type periodic reports and other records.
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and
taking discounts when applicable),
• Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher
numbers.
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item
description, amounts and coding as per accounting policies and
procedures.
• Proceed balance confirmations with vendors.
