supervision on site engineers and responsible for all MEP works for security systems project of 13 substations in the western operating area with SEC company and representing as construction manager also for security and physical security systems in Rabigh power plant project with SEC company.
Working in Riyadh Metro Project with its various systems and my experience scope is in:
• Project: Riyadh Metro Project, Line-1, Deep Underground Station 1D2
• Site supervision and coordination with mechanical team, BACS and other subcontractors.
• Doing Engineering works with coordination of AFCC and BACS engineering teams for example: (Busway system, FA, BMS, … )
• Solving technical issues for electrical systems under AFCC scope of work with coordination of our engineering team (HC/LC).
• Attending/Leading site daily and weekly meetings to follow up and coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Electrical teams, Safety officers and QC team.
• Attending mandatory safety meetings and forward the mentioned instructions to my team to avoid safety violations.
• Material ordering and delivery follow up.
• Preparation of accomplishment / progress reports.
• Preparation of site clarification requests and other correspondences concerning electrical works.
• Attending consultant site inspections and clarify comments and remarks.
• Preparing daily work plan and supervise installations of electrical systems under AFCC scope of work with supervisors and foremen.
• Tools ordering as per site requirements.
• Handing over electrical installations and electrical equipment to BACS, RMTC ”Consultant” and owner representative.
• Making as built drawings and submitting them.
• Project: Design and tendering of Red sea project costal village (TRSDC Company) under AFCC MEP contractor June, 2020.
• Working as lead low current engineer and a member of estimation, design and tendering team of low current package (Systems: IBMS, CCTV, ACS, LCS, FAS, VES, GRMS, ICT, FTTH and all other smart services)
• Preparing technical data package (segregated specification for every system, preparing conceptual BOQ, preparing I/O list for IBMS, …etc)
• Coordination with suppliers for technical and commercial offers.
• Supervision on design conceptual drawings with draftsmen.
• Preparing technical queries to be raised and discussed with TRSDC.
• December 2020, Study and attend trained course for AEE, Certified Energy Manager Course, and got certificate at February 2021 as Certified Energy Manager.
• March 2021, Started to share in estimation and tendering process for projects related to the field of Energy management with AFCC ESCO. SOW in Tarshid and Saudi Energy Efficiency Center projects
Still my scope of work/ experience with Al-Fayhaa AFCC continuous till now.
• An Electrical Engineer at AL-KHODARI for Constructions Company (May 2014 - December 2015).
Working in constructions and infra-structures fields with its various systems and my experience scope was in:
• Project: Construction of 6 cities in Qassim area with ministry of Housing.
• Medium voltage 13.8 kV network (substations 500&1000 KVA, laying MV Cables, testing).
• Low voltage network (Installation of mini-Pillar, laying LV Cables, KWH meters, testing, connecting the power supply to the end users).
• Street lighting network (Installation of foundations, poles, panels and testing).
• Telecommunications infrastructure network (laying of the main and secondary pipes, Installation of manholes and hand-holes).
• Shop drawings reviewing and modifying.
• Preparing/ reviewing technical submittals, materials inspections requests and site requests.
• Following up and coordination with suppliers.
• Preparing and updating BOQ for billing and revise it with actual site work.
• Making as built drawings and submitting them from consultant.
• Jobs coordination with the other departments and networks.
• Technical support for initial startup and commissioning of sanitary and treatment plant in Hafr El-Batin STP project.
• Working in the maintenance of electrical control panels, MCC panels.

Working in pumps field with its various control systems and my experience scope was in:
• Supervisory on installations for 20 deep well pumps and its control panels in project of Groundwater lifting in pyramids area “Arab Contractors” (2011).
• Designing and Supervisory on manufacturing for control panels to operate 3 Pumps 215KW for Aswan Company for sanitation and drinking water (2012).
• Installation and programming for 2 VFDs Hydrovars (ITT Corporation) for Makadi Club Golf &Resorts in Hurghada (2013).
• Installation and programming 2 inverters ABB for Goulds pumps 45KW in Oil fields of Petro-Shahd Company (2013).
• Designing and Supervision on manufacturing for 16 control panels to operate 16 Goulds pumps 30KW for Schlumberger Company (2013).
• Designing and Supervisory on manufacturing for 6 control panels to operate 12 sewage pumps “FLYGT” in the Meridian Hotel in Cairo Airport (2013).
• Programming for 3 control panels each operates 3 sewage pumps 7.4 KW alternatively for Cairo Metro (2013).
• Modifying for control circuits of switchgear for Porg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria (2013).
• Designing and Supervisory on manufacturing for 8 control panels to operate 250KW sewage pumps “FLYGT” for greater Cairo Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater(2013).
• A lot of technical and commercial offers for many great petroleum companies in Egypt “Petrojet, Khalda, Qarun, Petroseela, Petroservice, Petrobel …etc”
• Making annual maintenance for Aswan Company for sanitation and drinking water pumps and control panels (January 2014).
